Each day is associated with a specific element and intention.
Every morning begins with waking up to `The Gong´ and a spiritual practice to establish a gentle and conscious morning routine.
This retreat is an opportunity for you to have the time and space to authentically be. We will take care of everything for you to enjoy your being to the fullest. We work together with a team of fantastic people and professionals that will provide organic meals from a local farm, interactive guided exercises, conscious spa treatments to nourish the bodies and various embodied holistic practices to evolve physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Each day there is a crafted program to ensure a coherent progress throughout the retreat from all skill and experience levels. Everyone is welcome. We work from/with unconditional love, regardless of social, cultural and religious backgrounds.
There will be many different experiences offered, non are obligatory as we respect everyone’s decision. They are all chosen and crafted consciously for the greatest experience of all during the Retreat.
